2019 February 12 - Lead Carpenter/Project Manager Training
Tim Faller, Remodelers Advantage, will be here to share his expertise
Production Master Tim Faller from Remodelers Advantage travels around the country consulting with the top 1 percent in the remodeling business and speaking at premier industry events. NARI MN is fortunate to book Tim to teach a class on jobsite project management here on Feb. 12 before he addresses NARI MN members at our monthly meeting that evening.
Tim knows what works in construction project management both from personal, front-line remodeling experience and having studied the most successful practitioners in the business. He actually wrote the Lead Carpenter book. Tim will share practical tips and proven processes that increase profitability, retain skilled talent and boost happy client referrals.
This program is for project managers, production managers, lead carpenters and construction business owners who would benefit from a smoother, more accountable, profitable construction process.
On Being A Job Site Manager: From A Man Who Has Been There!
Tuesday, February 12
Many seminars are taught by people that have been out of the role described for years, not this one! Tim Faller has been talking about being an effective Job Site Manager since 1992, but in 2009 he strapped his bags back on and started practicing what he preaches. As a self-employed remodeler and a sub for a kitchen and bath company, Tim has learned again the practical basis for the effective job site management and how it really works! As a sub he took on the Lead Carpenter role and finished jobs under budget by 3-5% and on time, every time!
From a company point of view Tim will cover the roles and responsibilities of a job site manager whether this is called a Project Manager or a Lead Carpenter. From the employees’ point of view Tim will cover the hands-on methods that work in the real world. This seminar is recommended for Project Managers as well as Lead Carpenters.
Attendees will learn:
“NARI contractor members are fortunate to have Tim Faller from Remodeler’s Advantage to teach a half-day jobsite project management class for NARI contractors on Feb. 12 before he speaks to business owners at the monthly NARI event that evening. Tim has been the remodeling industry’s guru for production management training for more than 20 years. He literally wrote the book on training lead carpenters back in 1998 and continues to teach principles and techniques that work in today’s cloud-based communications environment. If you want your project manager, production manager and lead carpenter to get better and help you build profits along with projects, register them for Tim’s class.” — John Sylvestre, MCR, Sylvestre Remodeling & Design
