Gordon James is looking for a Renovation Division Project Manager to join our growing and excellent team. The Project Manager provides management oversight for all phases of the project, including specification development, project costing, coordinating workers, material, equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. The individual will directly interact with Owners, Clients, Office Personnel, Subcontractors and Suppliers on and off the project site. Project Manager will report to Senior Project Manager.
