Q2: What do you enjoy the most about being a woman in the construction industry?
I love showing my daughter that women can do anything! 

Q3: How did you end up in the industry?
I grew up wanting to be an Interior Designer and went to the University of Minnesota for Interior Design. I've always loved architecture and design so I knew if I followed what I loved, everything would work out! My husband grew up in the construction industry, so we took our joint interest and ran with it.

Q4: What advice would you give other women thinking about joining the construction industry?
The more the merrier! You won't regret it.
