As the industry looks and waits for answers, women are a critical piece to the puzzle due to them being a largely untapped well and the perspectives they add. They introduce new methods and new approaches that have not yet been explored. Women simply add-to the progress at job sites and expand the creative process from sales to the creative decisions made along the way – including the marketing needs for the company, which attracts more great clients to come their way."
